I am an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Technical University of Crete, and a member of the Intelligent Systems Lab.
My current research focuses on various aspects of multiagent systems, artificial intelligence and algorithmic game theory, and more specifically on: sequential decision making under uncertainty, reinforcement learning, coalition formation and related cooperative and non-cooperative game theory topics, mechanism design, and intelligent agent technologies for the Smart Grid.
Georgios supports the OLAthens initiative via the co-supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects of interest.
